A Hawaii Theatre production in partnership with the Still & Moving Meditation Fellowship + Still & Moving Community Center
For nearly two decades, Still & Moving has marked Diwali, the Indian festival of lights, with a living retelling the world's oldest epic: the Ramayana. What began as a small community gathering — a story shared among students and teachers — has grown into a full theatrical production, drawing dozens of performers ranging in age from 5 to 85. This year, for the first time, that story steps onto one of the most storied stages in the Pacific: the Hawaiʻi Theatre.
