Frank Eber is an award-winning painter and Signature Member of both the American Impressionist Society and the American Watercolor Society. He is also a juried Artist Member of the California Art Club. Born in Europe, Frank apprenticed with Italian master painter Renato Casaro and worked professionally as an illustrator in the 1980s and 1990s. His work in oil and water media reflects a loose, direct style influenced by Old World Masters and the Impressionists.
