The Mayor’s Office of Culture and the Arts (MOCA) oversees civic exhibition spaces at Honolulu Hale and Kapolei Hale, providing a platform for local visual artists, nonprofit organizations, and schools to showcase their creative work. Through partnerships with community organizations, the program presents a rotating selection of exhibitions throughout the year, featuring a wide range of artwork and perspectives from across our diverse community. All exhibitions are free and open to the public.
